Dr. Dina Lisnyansky 

Dr. Dina Lisnyansky is a scholar of political Islam and Islam in Europe and Central Asia. She is a lecturer in the master’s program in Department of Middle East and African Studies at Tel Aviv University, the Raphael Recanati International School at Reichman University, and the Department of Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies at Shalem College. She is also a research fellow at the European Union’s International Institute For Migration And Security Research (IIMSR) and at the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP), where she studying antisemitism in Muslim communities.

Dr. Lisnyansky advises both governmental and private bodies, including intelligence and counterterrorism units, on Islamic terrorism and extremist ideologies. She frequently appears on media channels in Hebrew, Russian, and English, and is a member of the Deborah Forum, a network of professional women in the foreign-policy and national-security fields.

The recipient of two postdoctoral fellowships, Dr. Lisnyansky is the author of numerous articles on Islamic radicalization and terrorism.
