Dr. David Stromberg

Dr. David Stromberg is a literary scholar and lecturer in the Core Program at Shalem College.

Dr. Stromberg received his doctorate in literary studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His scholarly articles explore the intersections of narrative and aesthetic theory, American and European literature, Yiddish literature and culture, and philosophy and psychoanalysis. In his research and teaching, he focuses on broad topics in human experience – faith, love, morality, evil – from perspectives both literary and philosophical, intellectual and emotional.
